Self-service lodging is for groups of almost any size. Our facilities can hold approximately 120 people in a group. Be sure to bring your own bedding and towels, cook your own meals, and clean your area leaving it clean and ready for the next group that follows you. If staying in the dorms bring your own set of twin-sized sheets and bedding. Vacation home bed sizes are available in the link below that section.The seventh night is always FREE for all of our lodging!

Free activities

including swimming, pool, basketball, volleyball, nature trails, campfire circles, and picnic areas are available.

Dormitories

Our dormitories are perfect for church, school, and other groups. They have carpet and air-conditioning with two double-deck bunks (for 4 people) in each partitioned section and clean modern central baths partitioned for your privacy. If staying in the dorm, bring your own twin-sized sheets and bedding. Please - no smoking or pets in any of our lodging facilities.

The dining hall seats ~70 people. The kitchen area has several ovens, burners, a commercial grill, several refrigerators, and a large freezer. There is an extra charge for the use of the kitchen depending on the size of your group.

Vacation Homes

These vacation homes are for families or small groups. The homes include the Fellowship House, a double-wide manufactured home which sleeps 16 people, has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one has a whirlpool tub), and two living areas; the Sabbath House, a single-wide manufactured home, sleeps 7, has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and one living room. These economical, furnished family vacation homes, now self-service which means you bring your own bedding and towels, you cook, and you clean the home(s) you use - leaving them ready for the group that follows you, and have fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances, living room(s), TV (no cable), DVD, central air conditioning and heat, and offer a wonderful opportunity to enjoy an Ozark vacation for much less than other facilities. The Fellowship House rents for $250.00 per night and the Sabbath House goes for $125.00 per night (includes all taxes and fees). Additional people are $17 each per night. There is a two-night minimum for the homes from May-August.

RV and Tenting Sites

Our shaded RV and tenting sites are perfect for small groups who want to enjoy the beauty of nature. RV camping is $20 per night; full hookups included-30 amp service and one 50-amp spot. Tenting costs $7 for adults (ages 12 & over); children 6-11 are $4; children under 6 are free. Showers are available. These sites are in a peaceful, wooded area.

The retreat center campground is close to shopping and other attractions.

It is conveniently located between the historic towns of Eureka Springs and Berryville, Arkansas, only 5 miles from each post office and 2 1/2 miles east of the Passion Play entrance.

The site offers places of worship

including the open air Chapel-in-the-Woods and the new indoor chapel with enough pews for approximately 70 people, a pulpit, communion table, and numerous electrical outlets for your use. Great for church services, bible studies, devotionals, workshops, or weddings. There is an hourly charge for the use of the indoor chapel.
